Welcome to Capellihairdressing. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

  • Appointments can be booked by phone or in person.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
  • If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

Hair Colour & Skin Tests

A skin test is required 24 hours prior to any full head colour service (in line with manufacturer guidelines, this may be 24 – 48 hours). This is to ensure there is no allergic reaction. If a skin test has not been completed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. While every care is taken, Capellihairdressing cannot be held responsible for unexpected
reactions to products used.

Personal Information

  • We securely store your personal details, including name, contact information, and
    service history.
  • Your information is used solely for managing appointments and providing our services.

Payments

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
  • We accept cash and card payments.
  • A booking fee is required for bespoke services. This secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final bill.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred if your appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
